Community guidelines

Effective 26 September 2026

NomadTwin works because strangers trust each other enough to grab a coffee, go on a hike or share a table in a new city. These guidelines protect that trust. They apply to profiles, chats, activities, and how you treat people you meet through the app.

Blocking and reporting

If someone makes you uncomfortable, block them: you'll stop seeing each other in lists, on profiles and in messages. If they're breaking these guidelines, report them from their profile (⋯ menu), from a message (press and hold) or from the chat info screen. Reports are private: the person isn't told who reported them. Please don't misuse reports to target people you simply disagree with. If you're in danger, contact local emergency services first.

What happens when rules are broken

Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, warn you, limit features, suspend your account, or ban you permanently. Serious harm (violence, sexual misconduct, anything involving minors) leads to an immediate ban and may be reported to the authorities. Banned people may not create new accounts. If you think we made a mistake, email info@razorinformatics.co.ke.
