Delete your NomadTwin account

You can delete your account and data at any time.

Delete it in the app

Open NomadTwin and go to the Profile tab.
Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon.
Scroll down to Account and tap Delete account.
Confirm.

Can't use the app?

Email info@razorinformatics.co.ke from the email address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm it's you and delete it within 30 days.

What happens next

Right away: your profile is hidden from everyone and you're removed from nearby lists.
For 30 days: logging back in restores your account, in case you change your mind.
After 30 days: we permanently delete your profile, photos, trips, activities you created, your memberships, blocks and your sign-in account.
What stays: messages you sent in group chats remain visible to the other members as "Deleted user", without your name or photo. Photos you sent in chats are deleted. Reports about serious safety issues may be kept where needed to protect others or meet legal obligations.

Have NomadTwin Plus? Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
